I guess everyone knows that it is not easy to describe yourself. For me to keep the body in good health is a duty. otherwise we shall not be able to keep our mind strong and clear. Every experience is a learning experience: do my best to find what it is trying to teach me. I enjoy spending time in the gym, to visit museums and find out something new for myself.
