    What do I pay for?
    You pay for every letter from a Ukrainian woman you open, every letter you send to a Ukrainian woman, you also pay for every additional photo you send to a woman, and for every additional photo from a Ukrainian woman you decide to open, you pay for watching a video-clip of a Ukrainian woman.

    How much does it cost me?
    You purchase conventional units called BRIDIKs. You can purchase multiple credits so that you do not have to use your credit card each time you want to send or receive e-mail, photo, order gift delivery, or watch video. Your account at Army Of Brides is debited for each e-mail, photo, gift order, or video. You can view a history of your credit activity at any time at the "Payment History" section of your account. The price for 1 BRIDIK (consequently, cost of a letter, an additional photo, a gift) depends on how many BRIDIKs you buy at one purchase - the more BRIDIKs you buy at once, the less sending/opening a letter, sending/receiving an additional photo, watching video or gift delivery would cots you - 1 letter forwarding including translation can be as cheap as 3.91 USD! The price varies from 7.50 USD per 1 BRIDIK to 3.91 per 640 BRIDIKs. Please, consult our price list for details.

    I must admit that I'm a little shocked you would charge the men such price to open emails from women. There are many other agencies that allow for free correspondence so why would I use your agency? I've seen a few women on your site that I'm interested in, but I'm not going to pay €5.30 to write them an email, that's ridiculous. You should allow for free correspondence and focus your energy on booking tours for the men and making money that way.
    First of all, it is not actually €5.30 per letter; you can reduce the price of the letters by buying multiple credits, called BRIDIKs. Thus you can reduce the price of the letter to €2.76, besides note, translation is included. If our services are expensive for you, you can search for a cheaper web-site that offer you unlimited correspondence for a small monthly membership fee, but take into consideration that free web-sites are not free of scammers - women place their profiles there themselves, via internet, and no one checks women's identity; there are also smaller marriage agencies, that can offer you unlimited correspondence for a small monthly fee, but they will usually offer you profiles of Ukrainian women from one city only, which would limit your choice to 200-300 Ukrainian brides (including all women from 18 to 55). As for the focusing the energy on the tours: very often men avoid smaller cities and come only to capitals or regional cities (due to the fact that there is no airport in a small city), inviting the women they choose to meet there. As a result, all "preliminary" work - introduction, translation and delivery of the letters, gift delivery - is done by the small local marriage agency, and the tour is booked through an agency in Kiev, Odessa, Sevastopol, Moscow, St. Petersburg, or other big city, or not booked at all (a man comes by himself, lives in the hotel), so no agency gets any commission. The agency personnel needs to make a living, the agency should grow, advertise itself attracting more beautiful Ukrainian women, and all this needs investment.     First of all, the current state of your account is displayed on the "welcome" page (the first page you see right after you log in into your account). Every letter you write or read, every photo you send or receive, i.e. every BRIDIK you spend is reflected in your "payment history" - you can check it any time.     How do I pay?
    You can pay for our services in different ways: first of all, you can pay on-line using your credit card. Do not be concerned about using your credit card online: credit card orders are processed by reliable providers of online card processing and payment solutions with VISA / MasterCard licenses, which provide services in the field of electronic commerce for online businesses. Your card data is stored on the secure servers of our payment processing partners, not in our database. We also accept off-line payments: if it is more convenient for you, you can pay by money transfer (we offer 5% discounts for certain payments through money transfer; choose this method of payment to learn the details). Besides, you can pay directly from your bank account to ours, for this kind of payment choose bank-to-bank wire transfer. On-line payments are processed in real time and funds are added to your account at our web-site automatically.     Yes, it is possible to send money using off-line forms of payment such as money transfer or direct payment to our bank account.

    If it is more convenient for you, you can pay by money transfer. But note, when you use credit card on-line you do not give details to an "unknown bank", you pay through secure payment server of our designated payment service provider for credit card orders with VISA / MasterCard licenses and 3D Secure protocol.     I have paid for sending e-mail, but I have "no BRIDIKs available". Why?
    The orders are processed automatically and funds are added to your account within 5-15 minutes after the moment you send funds. If the funds are not added to your account after 5-15 minutes, please, send us a copy of the customer' receipt where we will find all necessary information to apply payment to the right account.

    For the longest time it seems like I am being deducted 2 credits for each letter I send, when it should be one?
    It is not possible - the system works automatically, BRIDIKs are deducted automatically for each letter you read and each letter you send. Besides, every letter you send or read is recorded in your payment history. If you find out that you were charged twice for the same letter, please, contact us - we will check and refund you BRIDIKs in case you were charged for duplicate letters.

    When I open a letter and read it I am charged a bridik. Ok, but if I close it to answer it later am I charged again for the same letter?
    Never. If you opened a letter once, the status of the letter is changed to "opened" and you will be never charged for reading it again. But, it is possible that operator at the local agency has sent you the same letter twice - do not forget that there work live people and mistake can happen - in this case do not hesitate to contact us, we will refund you BRIDIKs you spent on reading duplicate letters.

    Can I pay directly to your bank account?
    Yes. To pay directly to our bank account you should choose "bank-to-bank wire transfer" as a method of payment. You will see a list of payments available for this method of payment. Choose an amount of BRIDIKs or service package subscription term you want to buy and click "Get Invoice" button. In the invoice you will see all the details necessary for making this kind of payment. Please, follow the instructions carefully, and inform when your payment is made. When the money is credited to our bank account (which can take from 2 to 7 business days) we will add BRIDIKs or subscription to your account at our site.

    Do you accept payments in currencies other than USD or EUR?
    You can see available currencies for each payment method you use. Usually processing gateways offer three major currencies such as USD, EUR, GBP. You can change the currency of payment when you proceed to the payment form through "Payment settings - Change currency" option.
